Reservations
School group matinees run Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our season runs September through June, and we take reservations the spring prior to our next season. Tickets for teachers, students, and chaperones are $5.00/seat (must have a minimum of 10 in your group).

• We do not give refunds, however students who are unable to attend will receive a gift certificate to come to a public performance.

Payment
We accept credit cards, cash or checks. Your payment is due 1 month before the date you registered for. Invoices will be mailed to you prior to your performance date. If you need to change your reservation or find you have circumstances that prevent you from paying on time, please call the office before the payment due date.

Arrival Time and Seating
Arrive no later than 15 minutes prior performance start time. One teacher should check in with the House Manager when you arrival. Your group will be seated as quickly as possible. As it is difficult to seat once the show has begun, late arrivals will be seated when possible as not to interrupt the production.

Parking/Transportation
Be advised that we DO NOT have our own parking lot.

•Drop off zones are available in front of the building.
•Limited metered parking also available on the street.

1. Park West Enterprises: 257 E. 200 S. Suite 480 Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Charge: 0-2 hours= $2.00, 2-10 hours = $5.00. Or $5.00 for event parking.

2. Regent Street Parking: 119 S. Regent Street Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Directions: Facility is located between State Street & Main Street and between 100 S. & 200 S. Enter by the Carl's Jr. Parking lot. Charge: $4/all day.

3. UTA TRAX station is on Main Street between 200 and 300 South. Walk one block to the east through the Gallivan center park towards State Street to reach our building.

Show Length
Performances start at 10:30am and typically end at 11:45. Performances have a 5-10 min intermission and a question and answer period following the performance.

Etiquette
Do not bring food or beverages inside the theatre.
Turn cell phones and other electronic devices off prior to the performance.
Photography or videography of any kind is not allowed during the performance. You may take pictures following the performance.
